Concerns Shown by Leaders of All Levels

The development of Bohai University is attributed to the great emphases laid by CPC and the goverments,and the concerns shown by leaders of all levels.Main leaders of all levels and famous people in China have visited BU and expressed their hopes on the development of Bohai University.On Oct.30 2003,Minister Bo Xi-lai (former Liaoning Province governor)from National Ministry of Commerce visited Bohai University and pointed out that “Bohai University campus is well laid out and will hopefully become a very attractive university.”
